The first Annual Protocol Conference for Africa was held from 17-19 November 2010 at the CSIR International Convention Centre in Pretoria, South Africa. The inaugural event was attended by 130 Helena Burgerprotocol professionals from the more than ten countries.  The overwhelming positive feedback received from delegates at APCA 2010 created high expectations for APCA 2011 and the Conference Programme Committee went to great lengths to ensure a programme of an equally high standard.

The APCA 2011 conference programme has been extended to include a multi-track format to give delegates more choice regarding the specific content they are interested in. The conference programme now also included business protocol as this was identified as a field of great interest.

The conference programme is further enhanced by an optional workshop on the 3rd day of the conference to give even more choices to delegates. The workshop BRICS and Beyond is presented by Lanie Denislow, a world renowned protocol trainer and consultant and is eagerly anticipated in our protocol community.

APCA 2011 will again be a valuable opportunity to network and interact with other protocol professionals from the African protocol community and beyond.

Kind regards

Helena
